Great shots of Bangkok – wats and klongs – I was there in 73 – I recall cruising down the river in one of those taxi boats where the propeller is at the end of a ten or 12 foot shaft, rooster tailing water. And it slows down enough in the middle of the river so that two young boys could grab on and climb aboard. We thought we were rescuing them from drowning, but as soon as we swung them up they held out their hands and said “Ten Baht Sir, Ten Baht Please”. Some Thai guy through them overboard to dog paddle in wait for the next tourist boat.
